Welspun Living Appoints Manish Bansal As CFO
Welspun Living Limited, part of the US$ 3.6 billion Welspun Group and a leading global player in home textiles, has announced the appointment of Manish Bansal as President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 1, 2026.
His appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 12, 2025.
As CFO, Bansal will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, capital structure and governance framework to support its next phase of growth and value creation.
The board also approved the appointment of Shraddha Popat as Assistant Vice President & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 12, 2025. Sanjay Verma as President & Head – Manufacturing and Ruchika Arora as President & CEO – Domestic Retail Business for Home Textile & Flooring, both effective November 12, 2025.
In addition, the company announced that Saumil Mehta, President – Domestic Home Textiles, has tendered his resignation and will step down effective December 31, 2025.
The company stated that these leadership appointments reflect its focus on operational excellence, financial discipline and customer-centric growth as it continues to strengthen its domestic and global business operations.
