Gurugram based WFX and a provider of enterprise software solutions for the fashion industry, has recently launched their IoT-enabled Textile ERP Solution.

“Designed specifically for the textile industry, this cutting-edge software is set to transform material planning, optimise productivity, and streamline operations for textile companies worldwide,” WFX said in a press release.

According to WFX, the Textile ERP Solution leverages the latest advancements in technology to empower textile companies with a comprehensive suite of features that simplify and enhance the entire production process.

With the IoT-enabled Textile ERP Solution, businesses can monitor and track production output in real-time and this invaluable data allows for the identification of bottlenecks, process optimisation, and data-driven decision making to drive productivity and bolster profitability.

The solution also incorporates Vertical Material Requirements Planning (MRP) capabilities, ensuring the seamless availability of the right materials at the right time throughout the production process.

“Accurate forecasting and planning of material requirements, one of the other features of the solution, helps eliminate stockouts, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency for textile firms,” the company added.

The Recipe Master feature serves as a centralised platform for creating and managing recipes tailored to different textile processes and this feature enables businesses to optimise their recipes, minimise material wastage, and significantly reduce costs.

By providing end-to-end visibility across the textile production vertical, the ERP Solution allows users to track and manage activities, timelines, and milestones from order placement to delivery, ensuring efficient workflow management.

According to WFX, the ERP Textile Solution has been developed in close collaboration with industry experts, domain specialists, and textile consultants to ensure that it meets the specific needs and complexities of textile production.
