Yarn Expo Ichalkaranji 2025 To Spotlight India’s Strength In MMF And Synthetic Yarn

The Indian synthetic fibre and filament industry is gearing up for a major showcase with the upcoming Yarn Expo Ichalkaranji 2025, organised by the Ichalkaranji Shuttleless Fabrics Manufacturers Association (ISFMA). The two-day event will take place on 11 and 12 September 2025 in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra, one of India’s most dynamic textile hubs.
Yarn Expo Ichalkaranji 2025 aims to highlight India’s growing dominance in the synthetic and man-made fibre (MMF) sector by bringing together leading yarn manufacturers, fabric producers, apparel brands, exporters, technology providers and buyers under one roof. The event will provide a comprehensive platform for knowledge-sharing, networking, sourcing and showcasing innovations in synthetic yarns and value-added textile solutions.
India is rapidly emerging as a global hub for synthetic and MMF textiles, with strong production capabilities in polyester, viscose, nylon and acrylic yarns. The expo will feature a wide range of products including functional yarns, dope-dyed fibres, recycled and eco-friendly yarns, high-performance technical textiles, and more, catering to industries such as fashion, activewear, automotive, home textiles and healthcare.
Yarn Expo Ichalkaranji 2025 will place strong emphasis on sustainability and circularity. Exhibitors and experts will present innovations in recycled yarns, sustainable production methods, water and energy efficiency, and circular textile business models aligned with India’s climate action commitments and global sustainability goals.
