ZYOD Opens New Facility In Gurugram

New unit to raise annual capacity beyond 60 lakh garments, integrate advanced tech and sustainability systems, and create 2,000+ jobs

Tech-enabled B2B apparel manufacturer ZYOD has launched its largest production facility at Building 7P, Gurugram, Haryana, marking a significant milestone in its expansion journey. This is ZYOD’s third excellence hub in just two years, reinforcing its commitment to serving global enterprise retailers with scalable, ethical, and tech-driven manufacturing infrastructure.

Spanning over 1 lakh sq. ft., the new 7P facility houses 750+ high-performance machines, enabling an annual output of over 60 lakh garments. It features IoT-based production tracking, automated shirt manufacturing lines, and smart digital fabric processing, aimed at improving speed, precision, and resource efficiency.

Slated to become partially operational from July 15, the facility reflects ZYOD’s strong sustainability focus with solar power systems, a water treatment plant, and comprehensive waste management. It is SEDEX-compliant, ensuring ethical sourcing and fair labor practices.

Ankit Jaipuria, Co-founder, ZYOD, said, “With 7P, we are not just scaling operations—we’re setting new benchmarks in speed, efficiency, and responsible manufacturing. This facility embodies our vision for a future-ready, globally competitive apparel manufacturing ecosystem.”

Ritesh Khandelwal, Co-founder, added, “7P bridges a critical infrastructure gap for fashion manufacturing in India. From a startup to a strategic partner for global retailers in just two years, we are enabling innovation and employment at scale.”

The Gurugram facility is expected to create over 2,000 jobs across skilled and semi-skilled roles, bolstering regional economic development. With this expansion, ZYOD is well-positioned to serve global clients such as Marks & Spencer, Walmart, and Tesco, strengthening its role as a preferred partner for tech-led, scale-ready apparel production.
