Monster Digital To Expand With 10 Kornit Apollo Systems In 2025
Kornit Digital LTD, a global leader in sustainable, on-demand digital fashion and textile production technologies, announced that Monster Digital is significantly expanding its digital production capabilities with the addition of 10 Kornit Apollo systems in 2025. This move accelerates the company’s ongoing transition from traditional screen printing to digital textile production.
Based in Miami, Florida, Monster Digital is a leading U.S. provider of on-demand manufacturing for apparel and accessories, serving top global brands, retailers and e-commerce platforms. Historically a private label screen printer, the company has made substantial investments in digital production in recent years, now operating 7 Kornit Apollo and 47 Kornit Atlas MAX systems. The 2025 expansion will combine capital purchases with Kornit’s All-Inclusive Click (AIC) model, enabling Monster Digital to capitalize on new opportunities while better meeting the growing demands of its customers by shifting more bulk production from screen printing to digital.
“Kornit’s innovation with the Apollo system has been a game-changer for us,” said Scott Valancy, Chief Operating Officer at Monster Digital. “We can now transfer more screen printing volume to digital without compromise. Apollo allows us to manage orders with unprecedented speed and quality. We’re excited about the growth opportunities it brings and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.”
Ronen Samuel, CEO of Kornit Digital, added, “The industry is evolving, and manufacturers like Monster Digital are transforming to align with the needs of today’s brands and retailers. Kornit’s solutions are at the heart of this transformation, and we’re proud to support Monster Digital’s success.”
This major expansion positions Monster Digital to further solidify its leadership in the on-demand manufacturing space.
