Lululemon Renews Global Advisory Board To Advance Mental Wellbeing

Lululemon has renewed its Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board for the 2025–26 term, reinforcing its commitment to holistic wellbeing. The move follows the 2024 Global Wellbeing Report, which revealed mental wellbeing has remained stagnant for four years, with 44% of people citing societal pressures as a key challenge.

Chaired by Susan Gelinas, Lululemon’s Chief People & Culture Officer, the 11-member board brings together experts in mental health, academia, movement, and culture to guide the brand’s wellbeing strategy and influence global conversations around equity and access.

“Together, we are working to make mental wellbeing a proactive, everyday priority,” said Gelinas.

Internally, Lululemon continues to support employee wellbeing through programs like lululemonCARE training, mental health services, coaching, and mentorship. Externally, its Centre for Social Impact partners with global organizations to improve access to wellbeing resources.

Board members include: Dr. Alfiee M. Breland-Noble, Stephanie Brill, P. Murali Doraiswamy, Daniel H. Gillison Jr., Sarah Kline, Yvette Kong, Steph Labbé, Zhen Li, Elena V. Rios, Shayla Stonechild, and Paul Villanti.

Through ongoing initiatives and expert guidance, Lululemon remains focused on driving positive change for its people, guests, and communities worldwide.
