Subnesh Tomar Joins Trident Group As Chief Manufacturing Officer
Subnesh Singh Tomar has been appointed Chief Manufacturing Officer – Operations at Trident Group India, returning to the company after building more than two decades of experience in textile manufacturing and operations.
Tomar brings extensive experience in spinning, production, quality, productivity improvement, cost optimisation and operational excellence. His expertise includes managing large-scale spinning operations, process optimisation, waste reduction and continuous improvement, along with leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, planning and supply chain.
Before rejoining Trident Group India, Tomar served as Vice President – Spinning Plant Head at Himatsingka Group, where he led end-to-end operations at one of the world’s largest spinning facilities.
Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at Sintex Industries and Welspun Group, progressing through roles including Deputy General Manager, General Manager and Assistant Vice President.
Tomar began his career with Trident Group India in engineering and maintenance roles. He subsequently gained experience with Winsome Yarns and Aarti International, building a career spanning more than 20 years across textile manufacturing, spinning and operations.
His return to Trident Group comes with a strong background in scaling manufacturing operations, improving productivity and driving operational efficiencies across large textile production facilities.
