Batliboi’s Solutions Are Customized To Meet Environmental And Operational Needs Of Each Region

Batliboi offers a wide range of systems for various industrial applications, designed with efficiency and reliability in mind, states Manish Kapoor. Pramod Kokate says that there’s a clear shift in the industry toward energy-efficient and low power consumption systems and Batliboi is taking the lead by offering optimized, sustainable air-engineering and waste collection solutions.

As the textile industry accelerates toward smarter, energy-efficient production, Batliboi’s Air Engineering Group stands at the forefront with frontline air management and motor solutions. Speaking at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025, Manish Kapoor, Vice President, shared insights into the company’s showcase and the strong industry response. “This year, we have showcased our comprehensive air-engineering solutions and high-efficiency motors under the brand name Spartan, which are manufactured by Batliboi’s own group company,” Kapoor explained. “We offer a wide range of systems for various industrial applications, designed with efficiency and reliability in mind.”

The response, Kapoor said, has exceeded expectations. “We honestly didn’t anticipate such a tremendous turnout, considering the market uncertainties. But the visitor response has been excellent. We’ve welcomed guests from Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Nepal and Vietnam, among others.”

Kapoor added that customers were keen to learn about Batliboi’s latest developments. “Our clients are already familiar with our products, but we continuously evolve and each product line sees new improvements and innovations. Visitors have shown great interest in these updates and we’ve received promising enquiries for our upcoming projects.”

Discussing market trends, Kapoor noted that air-engineering preferences vary across regions. “In India, most customers prefer adiabatic cooling systems due to their lower power consumption, while in countries like Indonesia, Vietnam and Bangladesh, chilled water systems are more common. The solutions are customized to meet the environmental and operational needs of each region.”

Adding to this, Pramod Kokate, Assistant Vice President, highlighted the growing emphasis on sustainability. “Across the industry, there’s a clear shift toward energy-efficient and low power consumption systems. That’s where Batliboi is taking the lead, by offering optimized, sustainable air-engineering and waste collection solutions.”

With a blend of proven engineering excellence and a focus on greener technologies, Batliboi continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner for the global textile industry, ensuring that performance and sustainability go hand-in-hand.
