Amit Agarwal Joins Chairman’s Office At Raymond Lifestyle

Amit Agarwal has been appointed President – Chairman’s Office at Raymond Lifestyle Ltd, where he will work closely with the Chairman and the senior leadership team to drive enterprise-wide transformation, capital strategy and long-term value creation initiatives.

Agarwal currently serves as Group Chief Financial Officer at Raymond Ltd, where he has been instrumental in leading key business transformation programmes, capital restructuring initiatives and strategic growth plans. His leadership has contributed to strengthening the group’s market capitalisation, facilitating large-scale capital raises and enabling significant debt reduction.

With more than three decades of global experience, Agarwal brings deep expertise across multiple sectors, including aviation, steel, infrastructure, energy, textiles, real estate and manufacturing. Over the course of his career, he has held several prominent leadership positions, including CFO and Acting CEO at Jet Airways, CEO at JSW Steel Coated Products Ltd, CFO at Suzlon Energy Ltd., and CFO & Director at Essar Steel India. He has also held senior finance leadership roles at ArcelorMittal.

A Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Agarwal is widely recognised for aligning financial strategy with business growth, strengthening corporate governance and enabling sustainable, value-driven transformation across organisations.
