Primark Appoints Keiron Birch As Director Of Womenswear Design

Primark has announced the appointment of Keiron Birch as Director of Womenswear Design, strengthening its focus on elevating trend-led womenswear while maintaining its value-driven positioning.

Birch brings over 20 years of experience in the global fashion industry, having worked with leading brands, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Abercrombie & Fitch. In his new role, he will lead Primark’s womenswear design teams across apparel, footwear and accessories, shaping the creative direction of collections from concept to final product.

The appointment comes as Primark continues to invest in strengthening its womenswear portfolio through initiatives such as Primark Scene, targeted at younger consumers, and the expansion of its elevated “Edit” collections alongside core fashion ranges.

Company officials said the move reflects Primark’s commitment to delivering accessible fashion that balances style, quality and affordability across both trend-driven and timeless categories.

Birch said he is excited to join the company at a key stage of growth, highlighting opportunities to combine value-led retailing with contemporary design to create fashion that remains accessible without compromising on style.
