Lohia Corp To Launch IPO On July 23

Kanpur-based technical textile machinery manufacturer Lohia Corp will launch its maiden initial public offering (IPO) on July 23, comprising an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 2.59 crore equity shares. The issue will be the third mainboard IPO to open on the day, alongside Indo-MIM and Xtranet Technologies.

The IPO does not include a fresh issue of shares. Members of the Lohia family will sell their shares through the OFS, with the entire proceeds going to the selling shareholders. The company will not receive any funds from the issue.

Lohia Corp refiled its draft offer documents in August 2025, which were cleared by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in December 2025. The OFS size has been reduced from the 4.22 crore shares proposed in the earlier DRHP.

The anchor investor portion will open on July 22, while the public issue will remain open from July 23 to July 27. Allotment is expected to be finalised on July 28, with the shares scheduled to list on July 30.

The company has reserved 2 lakh shares for eligible employees. Of the net offer, up to 75% is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and 10% for retail investors.

Lohia Corp manufactures machinery for technical textiles, including tape extrusion lines, circular looms, coating and lamination lines, recycling machines and other equipment. It claims a 40.7% market share in India’s woven raffia machinery segment.

For FY26, profit rose 64.2% year-on-year to Rs 193.5 crore, while revenue increased 24.7% to Rs 1,717 crore.
