Rieter Announces Change In Group Executive Committee

Roger Albrecht to Leave Rieter in Q1 2027

Rieter has announced a change in its Group Executive Committee, with Roger Albrecht, Head of the Components & Technology Division, set to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity outside the Rieter Group.

Albrecht has been with Rieter for 11 years and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s position as a technology leader in the short-staple business. He began his career at Rieter as Division Controller for Components before taking over the leadership of the Suessen business unit in Germany within the Components Division.

He was subsequently appointed to the Group Executive Committee as Head of the Machines & Systems Division. Since January 2026, Albrecht has been responsible for the Components & Technology Division.

Albrecht will leave Rieter during the first quarter of 2027. The company said his successor will be announced in due course.

Rieter thanked Albrecht for his contributions and commitment over the past 11 years and wished him success in his future endeavours.
