Lululemon Announces Changes To Strengthens China & APAC Leadership

Lululemon has announced two leadership changes to support its continued expansion across China and Asia Pacific (APAC).

San Yan Ng, who has led Lululemon’s China business as General Manager for the past eight years, has been promoted to Regional President, China and APAC. She will now oversee the company’s strategy across both regions.

Jeffrey Hang has joined Lululemon as Senior Vice President and General Manager, APAC, bringing more than two decades of experience in premium consumer and retail businesses across Asia. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Bulgari across Southeast Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand and previously held the role of Senior Vice President and CEO of Louis Vuitton China.

“China and APAC are home to some of the world’s most dynamic consumer markets and are important regions for Lululemon,” said André Maestrini, Interim Co-CEO, President and Chief Commercial Officer, Lululemon.

The company said the shared leadership structure will help strengthen regional alignment, leverage market insights and deliver experiences tailored to diverse consumer needs.

Hang will report to San Yan and focus on accelerating growth and strengthening Lululemon’s presence across APAC.
