Calvin Klein Appoints Roberto Griso As SVP, Merchandising Planning

Calvin Klein has appointed Roberto Griso as Senior Vice President, Merchandising Planning, effective August 2026. In his new role, Griso will oversee merchandising planning as the iconic fashion brand continues to strengthen its product and commercial strategies.

Griso brings more than 15 years of experience spanning merchandising planning, global planning, pricing, operations, sales planning and profitability management across leading international brands.

Before joining Calvin Klein, Griso spent more than six years with The North Face, where he most recently served as Head of Global Planning & GTM from January 2025 to July 2026. Prior to this, he held senior roles including Senior Director, Global Merchandising Planning, Pricing & Operations; Director, Global Merchandising Planning; and Director, Merchandising Planning – Americas.

His career also includes significant experience with Timberland, a VF Company, where he served as Senior Manager, Global Merchandising Planning and Global Apparel Profitability & Costing Manager. He previously held positions with The North Face, Smartwool and Timberland in planning, operations and inventory management.

Griso began his career in Italy with Husqvarna Motorcycles Italia, holding roles in sales planning and programme management.

Announcing his new position, Griso said he was beyond thrilled to join Calvin Klein and looked forward to working with the team to support the brand in reaching new highs.
