Lululemon Reports FY25 Impact Progress

Lululemon has released its FY25 Impact Report, outlining progress across its People and Planet priorities and marking the first full year of reporting against its Impact Agenda 2030.
The report details performance against the company’s impact goals, key milestones achieved during FY25 and areas where work remains underway as Lululemon advances its long-term commitments.
On people and communities, Lululemon said it surpassed its 2025 supply chain well-being target, with more than 102,000 workers participating in well-being programmes between 2021 and 2025. The company also exceeded its community investment goal, contributing $ 80 million through Lululemon Gives during the same period.
The company maintained global gender pay equity and full pay equity in the United States.
On environmental initiatives, Lululemon exceeded its 2025 renewable electricity target, with its core Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers collectively reaching 33% renewable electricity, against a target of 25%.
The company also continued partnerships focused on scaling next-generation recycled and renewable materials, including collaborations with Samsara Eco and ZymoChem.
In circularity, repair or resale opportunities were available in 65% of Lululemon’s global markets, while more than 69,000 products were repaired for customers during FY25.
During the year, Lululemon also completed a nature impact assessment informed by global frameworks to help shape its approach to nature-related issues. The report provides updates on climate action, circular innovation, supply chain well-being and preferred materials adoption.
Looking ahead, Lululemon said it will continue focusing on innovation, collaboration and long-term investment to advance its Impact Agenda 2030 priorities and strengthen the resilience of its business and value chain.
