A.T.E. Enterprises Empowers Employees With Learnshop 2023
A.T.E. Enterprises, a leading engineering solutions provider, recently organized an enriching training programme, Learnshop 2023, at U Rivergate, Karjat. The programme, held for some of its business groups, including Customer Support Group (CSG), ETP, Automation and Fabric Forming, witnessed a gathering of 61 participants, including faculties.
Learnshop 2023 covered an extensive range of topics aimed at enhancing skills and fostering personal growth. Participants delved into areas such as sales and service synergy, business analysis, career development and personal effectiveness. The interactive sessions enabled employees to gain valuable insights and strengthen their professional acumen.
Beyond classroom sessions, the Learnshop embraced an element of fun and team-building, incorporating activities like cricket, kayaking and archery. These activities fostered camaraderie and strengthened bonds among the teams, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
The Learnshop also served as a platform to recognize and celebrate the dedication of long-serving employees. During the event, Anil Singh, Assistant Manager-Service, was honoured for his exceptional 35 years of service to the organization. An exemplary employee, Singh has been a driving force in the company’s success and is slated to retire in November 2023.
