Active Clothing Co Expands To Pan-India Distribution With Global Brands
Active Clothing Co has announced a strategic expansion, securing Pan-India distribution rights to operate Shop-in-Shop formats for four globally renowned brands i.e. Levi’s, Nike, Jordan Kids and Ben Sherman Men’s, across Multi-Brand Stores throughout India. The company has signed a comprehensive agreement with Apparel Group, the authorized licensee for these brands in the Indian market.
This move marks a significant milestone in Active Clothing Co’s transition from a strong regional distributor in Upper North India to a full-fledged Pan-India distribution and retail platform. The new operations are expected to generate an additional revenue opportunity of around Rs 100 crore within the next 3 to 4 years, depending on store expansion, market conditions, and execution performance.
