Active Clothing Q1 Revenue Up 39%, PAT Soars 76%

Mohali-based Active Clothing Co. Ltd, a leading “design-to-shelf” apparel manufacturer, has reported a strong first quarter for FY26, with both revenue and profitability showing robust growth. The company posted total income of Rs 64.46 crore in Q1 FY26, a 38.5% increase compared to Rs 46.53 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA rose 22.9% year-on-year to Rs 6.96 crore, while profit after tax jumped nearly 76% to Rs 2.13 crore. Diluted EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 1.37, up from Rs 0.78 in Q1 FY25.
Commenting on the results, Rajesh Mehra, Managing Director of Active Clothing, said the strong performance underscores the effectiveness of its integrated “design-to-shelf” model, which continues to resonate with leading global fashion brands. He highlighted that investments in design innovation, advanced manufacturing and sustainable practices have enabled the company to deliver high-quality products swiftly, while adapting to evolving market trends.
The company attributed its Q1 growth to strong demand in flat-knitted sweaters, jackets and circular-knitted apparel, coupled with operational efficiencies. Looking ahead, Active Clothing aims to deepen customer relationships, expand its product portfolio, and leverage technology to drive agility and scalability.
