Baldwin To Showcase TexCoat G4 System At ITMA Asia
Baldwin Technology Company Inc. is set to educate the textile supply chain on “Starting with Baldwin and Finishing with Perfection” through its TexCoat G4 precision spray finishing system at ITMA Asia (Booth H5C22, November 19-23, 2023, National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai).
At ITMA Asia, attendees can explore a wide array of fabric samples treated with TexCoat G4 from textile mills worldwide and experience the precision finishing firsthand. This technology reduces chemistry waste during changeovers, conserves water and enhances production speed through the stenter frame and relaxed dryer.
Baldwin’s team will be available to discuss how the company’s technology can help the textile supply chain achieve sustainability and carbon footprint targets, while simultaneously improving performance and reducing costs. Given the global economy’s cost sensitivity and the growing emphasis on sustainability by brands, consumers and regulatory agencies, there is a premium on textile production with sustainability advantages.

TexCoat G4’s non-contact spray technology offers numerous advantages compared to outdated finishing-chemistry application methods. It can process a wide range of low-viscosity water-based chemicals, including durable water-repellents (including PFAS-free options), softeners, antimicrobials, easy-care and flame retardants, using the same chemicals found in traditional pad baths without requiring special auxiliaries.
