Brückner To Showcase Versatile, Sustainable Solutions At Techtextil 2026

Brückner Textile Technologies is set to highlight its broad portfolio of finishing technologies at Techtextil 2026, taking place in Frankfurt from April 21–24, with a strong focus on efficiency, sustainability, automation and process reliability.

Positioning product diversity as a key growth driver, the company will showcase customised solutions for technical textile finishing, designed to meet rising demands for functionality and environmental performance. Its offerings include energy-efficient machine concepts with intelligent drive systems tailored to individual customer requirements, enabling cost-effective and resource-efficient production.

Brückner’s coating technologies form a major highlight, covering a wide range of applications such as foam and paste coating, laminating adhesive application, latex and acrylate processing and full-bath impregnation. These systems are used across diverse end products including airbags, geotextiles, tarpaulins, roofing membranes, blackout materials and abrasive textiles.

Complementing these are advanced drying solutions such as the ETRO dryer, suited for printing and varnishing processes and capable of standalone or in-line operation. The company will also feature its POWER-FRAME stenter, designed for drying and heat-setting of apparel textiles as well as technical materials including nonwovens, geotextiles and filter media.

In the nonwovens segment, Brückner will present its SUPRA-FLOW thermofusion ovens for applications ranging from upholstery and insulation to hygiene products, alongside high-speed spunlace lines for wipes and wet-laid nonwovens. For floor covering applications, the DUO-THERM dryer offers precise thermal control for products such as carpets, automotive mats and artificial turf.

Addressing the industry’s shift toward sustainability, Brückner’s systems are compatible with multiple heating media including gas, thermal oil, steam, electricity and hydrogen, allowing manufacturers to adapt to energy market volatility and transition toward greener operations. The company noted that CO₂-neutral production is achievable when electrically heated systems are powered by renewable energy.

Further efficiency gains are enabled through modular energy and environmental solutions, including heat recovery systems and exhaust air purification technologies that reduce emissions, lower operating costs and support compliance with environmental standards. These systems can also be retrofitted to existing machinery, enhancing flexibility for manufacturers.

Brückner will be exhibiting in Hall 12.0, Booth B58, where it aims to engage with customers on tailored solutions for evolving textile production challenges.
