ColorJet India Launches Iconic Fab Jet Pro That Redefines Digital Textile Printing
ColorJet India Ltd, a leader in digital textile printing, is excited to unveil the iconic Fab Jet Pro, its latest innovation. Designed for high-volume, color-rich fabric printing, the Fab Jet Pro boasts a remarkable production capacity of up to 13,000 square metres per day.
Engineered for ultra-wide format direct-to-fabric printing with a width of up to 3.2 metres, the Fab Jet Pro delivers high productivity, precision and print quality. Equipped with 32 Kyocera or 48 Konica Minolta print heads and Sticky Belt Technology, it ensures exceptional clarity with every print.
The Fab Jet Pro offers 8 colour configurations and print speeds up to 654 square metres per hour, making it ideal for large textiles such as bed sheets, curtains, sofa fabric and upholstery. It produces vibrant prints on materials like cotton, slub, viscose, silk and wool, catering to the customized home furnishing segment and large production houses.
The printer’s Sticky Belt Technology ensures a superior grip on low GSM fabrics, such as sarees and apparel, expanding its application range. Designed with sustainability in mind, the Fab Jet Pro reduces water and energy usage, supporting eco-friendly production practices.
