DuPont and Point Blank Enterprises have announced an exclusive agreement to provide North American state and local law enforcement departments with body armour made with Kevlar EXO aramid fibre. Representing a major innovation in aramid fibres, Kevlar EXO offers an unparalleled blend of lightweight, flexibility and protection for intense conditions. Point Blank, leveraging DuPont’s Kevlar expertise, will craft body armour that provides unprecedented ballistic protection without compromising mobility or comfort. Kevlar EXO, with its remarkable pliability, contours to body lines, offering a more inclusive and protective solution.
This technology, combined with Point Blank’s design and manufacturing capabilities, addresses the demand for lightweight protection while prioritizing comfort and mobility. The collaboration aims to create the most comfortable body armor globally, meeting NIJ standards.
