EFI Reggiani Appoints Danitech Group As Global Manufacturing Partner For Mezzera Machinery
EFI Reggiani has entered into a multi-year licensing and manufacturing agreement with Danitech Engineering and Solutions Srl, Italy and Suzhou Danitech Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd, China, covering the Mezzera and Jaeggli textile finishing machinery portfolio.
Under the agreement, Danitech Group will receive global rights to manufacture, commercialise, sell, install and service the complete Mezzera product range. The portfolio includes washing and bleaching lines, singeing machines, jiggers and Jaeggli yarn mercerising lines.
The partnership combines Mezzera’s more than 100-year legacy in textile finishing technology with Danitech’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities. It is expected to expand the brand’s market reach and strengthen its competitiveness, particularly in high-growth markets across Asia.
EFI Reggiani will continue to provide after-sales support, service and spare parts for the existing installed base. For machines sold under the Mezzera by Danitech brand, Danitech will manage full lifecycle after-sales support, supported by a dedicated long-term supply chain for original spare parts.
The agreement also provides Danitech with full sales rights in Greater China, enabling the company to support regional customers through localised production, installation and after-sales service.
