Dyeing, finishing and singeing expertise now closer than ever to Brazilian customers
Swiss textile machinery manufacturer Benninger AG and Brazilian company Grupo NS have joined forces to support textile manufacturers across Brazil with a comprehensive portfolio of wet processing technologies, application expertise and local service capabilities.
The cooperation combines Benninger’s long-standing engineering expertise in textile finishing and dyeing with Grupo NS’s in-depth understanding of the Brazilian textile market, customer requirements and local service needs.
Brazil remains one of the most important textile markets in the Americas, where manufacturers increasingly require more than advanced machinery. They are looking for complete solutions that combine process expertise, reliable service, spare parts, training, automation support and long-term technical partnerships.
The partnership aims to bring these capabilities together by combining Benninger’s global technology and dyehouse expertise with Grupo NS’s local market access, technical proximity and customer support.

Its solutions span singeing, preparation, washing, mercerising, Cold Pad Batch, jet dyeing and jigger dyeing for woven, knitted and technical textiles.
The company focuses on complete process solutions rather than supplying individual machines in isolation. Its machinery, automation systems, chemical preparation and dosing, fabric handling and process control technologies are designed to work together.

According to the companies, this integrated approach helps textile manufacturers achieve reproducible results, higher first-time-right rates and consistent fabric quality across different fibres, blends and production batches.

Benninger’s singeing technology is also an important part of the portfolio. The SingeRay system is designed to provide a clean and uniform fabric surface with reproducible process settings and efficient gas utilisation, creating a strong foundation for subsequent dyeing and finishing processes.
