Ferraro Acquires Cibitex’s Finishing Business Unit To Strengthen Textile Solutions
Ferraro S.p.A. has acquired the Finishing business unit of Cibitex S.r.l., marking a strategic move to strengthen its position in the global textile machinery industry. The acquisition, completed on July 2, 2026, brings Cibitex’s expertise in textile finishing technologies into Ferraro’s portfolio.
The deal enhances Ferraro’s range of textile finishing solutions by integrating Cibitex’s technical know-how, manufacturing capabilities, and established customer relationships.
