FyterTech Nonwovens Buys Spill Solutions Canada

FyterTech Nonwovens has announced the acquisition of Spill Solutions Canada, also known as ESP Canada, strengthening its footprint in the Canadian market and expanding its North American operations.

The acquisition marks a strategic move to enhance regional service capabilities, improve supply chain responsiveness, and deepen customer engagement across Canada. As part of the integration, the combined operations will form FyterTech Nonwovens Canada Ltd, enabling greater access to local inventory, technical expertise and in-country support.

CEO Matt Wild said, “This acquisition is about being closer to our customers and integrating into the local market. The deal also strengthens FyterTech’s technical capabilities, with Spill Solutions Canada contributing specialized expertise in key growth segments aligned with the company’s long-term expansion strategy.
