Gartex Texprocess India Partners With DLAI To Launch Textile Care Forum

Gartex Texprocess India, organized by MEX Exhibitions Pvt Ltd and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd, has partnered with the Drycleaners and Launderers Association of India (DLAI) to debut the Textile Care Forum at its upcoming 2025 edition, scheduled from 21–23 August at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. DLAI will serve as the Knowledge Partner for the Forum, which will be held on 22 August 2025.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant move in strengthening India’s textile care ecosystem, addressing rising demand for eco-friendly chemicals, waterless cleaning technologies, circularity, and sustainable laundry operations. According to IMARC Group, India’s dry-cleaning services market reached US$ 1.31 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.4% to US$ 2.09 billion by 2033.
The partnership also draws strength from Messe Frankfurt’s global Texcare brand, enhancing Gartex’s portfolio with specialized knowledge and international best practices in textile maintenance and hygiene.
DLAI, which represents over 3,000 stakeholders across the laundry and dry-cleaning sector from traditional launderers to commercial chains, will curate expert-led sessions, workshops, and pavilions focused on automation, biodegradable solutions, and advanced stain-treatment systems.
“Together, we form a complete circle of care, from creation to preservation,” said Mr. Suresh D. Bhatia, President, DLAI.
Raj Manek of Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings added, “This partnership aligns our global Texcare expertise with the growing demand in India for sustainable and efficient textile care solutions.”
Himani Gulati of MEX Exhibitions emphasized, “The Textile Care Forum will bring sharper focus to hygiene, sustainability, and next-gen laundry technologies.”
Gartex Texprocess India continues to evolve as a 360-degree platform encompassing textile machinery, denim, screen printing, fabrics, trims, accessories, and now textile care.
