Garware To Acquire Two Norwegian Firms
Garware Technical Fibres has announced an investment of GBP 9.39 million in its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Garware Technical Fibres UK (GTF UK), through the subscription of 93,94,444 equity shares. The funds will be used to acquire 100% equity in Norway-based Offshore and Trawl Supply AS (OTS) and Advanced Mooring Supply AS (AMS).
Following the transaction, expected to be completed by July 31, 2025, both OTS and AMS will become wholly owned subsidiaries of GTF UK and step-down subsidiaries of Garware Technical Fibres.
