Groz-Beckert Inaugurates New Office In Surat

Manufacturer of process-critical textile precision tools Groz-Beckert has opened a new sales office in Surat which was inaugurated on October 15.

With the new office, the Germany headquartered company aims to provide even better support for its customers from the knitting and sewing industry in Surat and surrounding areas.

Surat is the biggest Indian hub for production of synthetic textiles and produces an estimated 25 million meters of fabrics per day.

The German company offer solutions in various segments of the textile industry like carding, knitting, weaving, sewing, tufting and felting and products are available to customers in over 150 countries.

Founded in 1852, Groz-Beckert is a family owned company and has production sites in Germany, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Portugal, USA, India, China, and Vietnam.
