Heliograph Acquires SPGPrints Austria
Heliograph Holding GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares in SPGPrints Austria GmbH from the Netherlands-based SPGPrints Group, bringing together complementary expertise in pre-press and printing technologies.
Headquartered in Germany, Heliograph operates globally in pre-press solutions, processing equipment, engraving systems and laser technologies for the printing industry. The acquisition expands its product portfolio and provides a platform for the future development of SPGPrints Austria.
Customer service continuity remains an immediate priority. SPGPrints Austria will continue collaborating with the global SPGPrints sales and service network, maintaining access to technical expertise, service capabilities and international markets.
The company will also remain the exclusive distributor of SPGPrints textile consumables, including rotary screens and digital textile inks, throughout Europe.
SPGPrints Austria said its experienced team and existing customer contacts would remain unchanged, supporting continuity for customers and business partners.
Joining the Heliograph Group is expected to strengthen the company’s long-term position and create opportunities for innovation and growth while maintaining its focus on reliable service and technical support.
