Hugo Boss Names Georg Faisst As MD For Central & Eastern Hub

Hugo Boss has announced the appointment of Georg Faisst as Managing Director for the Central & Eastern Hub, effective May 2025. He will succeed Thorsten Link, who will transition into a newly created global role as Senior Vice President Global Wholesale. Both executives will report directly to Oliver Timm, Chief Sales Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hugo Boss.
The leadership change is part of a broader organizational transformation aimed at enhancing synergies and strengthening wholesale partnerships worldwide.
“We are delighted to welcome Georg Faisst to lead our important DACH region and Eastern European business,” said Oliver Timm. “At the same time, Thorsten Link’s deep wholesale expertise makes him the ideal fit for this new global function.”
Faisst joins Hugo Boss from PVH Corp., where he most recently served as Senior Vice President & Managing Director for the Northern region. During his 14-year tenure at PVH, he was instrumental in managing leading brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Nike Underwear across more than 60 countries. Notably, Faisst began his career at Hugo Boss and previously worked with the company from 2004 to 2011.
