JustBrand Acquires Venture Heat
JustBrand Ltd, a leader in heated apparel and wearable technology, has acquired Venture Heat, one of the early pioneers in battery-heated gear. The move cements JustBrand’s position as the largest heated clothing company in North America, while expanding its reach in retail, tactical and industrial markets.
The company already owns popular brands such as The Warming Store, ActionHeat, Gerbing, AlphaCool and Chaheati. The addition of Venture Heat, known for its heated jackets, gloves, motorcycle gear and diving vests, will bolster JustBrand’s product portfolio and R&D capabilities.
“Venture Heat has been a respected innovator in this category for over two decades. Their expertise will elevate our capabilities and help us serve customers faster,” said Justin Silverman, Co-CEO of JustBrand. Co-CEO Brandon Singer added that the acquisition was also a “cultural fit,” unlocking opportunities to expand into new markets.
JustBrand’s products are currently available at 5,000+ retail locations, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bass Pro, Lowe’s, Academy Sports and Scheels. With Venture Heat’s integration, the company said it plans to accelerate new product launches and strengthen its global footprint across North America, Europe and Asia.
