Karl Mayer Honoured With Techtextil ‘Founding Exhibitors’ Award

Karl Mayer has been honoured with a ‘Founding Exhibitors’ award by Messe Frankfurt, the organisers of the recently concluded Techtextil.

Techtextil was organised from April 23-26, 2024, which was the 20th edition and Messe Frankfurt took the occasion of this milestone anniversary, to honour the founding exhibitors at a ceremony.

“With this award, Messe Frankfurt is honouring the commitment of exhibitor pioneers in the technical textiles industry,” Karl Mayer said in a press release.

The award plaque reads – ‘We celebrate the past, the present and the future of this dynamic industry with you.’

The awards to Karl Mayer and other founding exhibitors were presented by Detlef Braun, Member of the Board of Management of Messe Frankfurt, and Sabine Scharrer, Director at Techtextil.

“We are delighted to have been involved right from the start and to have laid the foundations for the success of the trade fair,” Jochen Schmidt, General Manager of Karl Mayer Technical Textiles said.

“Techtextil is also today still an important platform for us to present our innovations and meet our customers,” he added.
