Mahlo launches Orthopac RXVMC straightening concept at ITMA

German textile machinery manufacturer of automatic straightening machines and process control systems, Mahlo has launched the new Orthopac RXVMC straightening concept at ITMA 2023 in Hall 18, Stall C108.

According to Mahlo, the system can remove distortions in textile fabric webs even faster and more precisely.

Also on display is the Patcontrol PCS system for pattern recognition and the Famacont PMC for controlling weft and stitch course density.

Both systems help producers to maintain the residual shrinkage values they guarantee and visitors to its stall are free to bring fabric samples to be tested.

In its quest to offer Industry 4.0 solutions, Mahlo has continuously developed its digital environment system, mSmart.

“Our systems generate data that the customer can use immediately to regulate goods on-line. At the same time, all measured values are backed up in our data management system – mLog which can be retrieved at any time. With this historical data, processes can be optimised and weak points in the process can be minimised,” Sales Manager at Mahlo, Thomas Höpfl says.
