Monforts Launches Interactive Digital Platform
Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG has launched a new digital platform aimed at providing textile manufacturers with faster and more intuitive access to its finishing technologies, technical expertise and aftersales services worldwide.
A key feature of the platform is a series of interactive 3D tours that allow visitors to virtually explore the company’s major technology ranges. These include the MONTEX Stenter, MONFORTEX Sanforising System and THERMEX Continuous Dyeing Technology, along with coating options and exhaust air cleaning modules. The virtual interface enables users to examine machine configurations, key components and optional features designed to improve efficiency and productivity.
The platform also aims to simplify interaction with existing customers. Spare parts ordering and service support requests can now be initiated directly through a streamlined contact tool, allowing enquiries to be quickly routed to the appropriate specialists.
In addition to information on new machinery, the website offers detailed insights into modernisation options for installed Monforts lines, including upgrades to advanced drive systems and software as well as energy-efficient and resource-saving solutions that help extend machine lifecycles and enhance operational performance.
