In his new role, Kar will focus on driving operational excellence, process optimisation and quality-led manufacturing practices, aimed at improving efficiency and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Kar brings over a decade of experience in textile manufacturing, with strong expertise in dyeing operations, large-scale production management and production planning. He has previously worked with leading textile organisations including Vardhman Textiles, Silver Composite Textile Mills Ltd., (Bangladesh) and Alok Industries Ltd.
His professional journey from Shift Officer to senior leadership roles reflects deep technical knowledge, effective people management and a proven track record of delivering results across end-to-end manufacturing operations. With this appointment, Nahar Industrial Enterprises aims to further strengthen its focus on scalable, efficient and sustainable textile manufacturing.
