Oerlikon Neumag Takes Over Truetzschler BCF/IDY Service
Oerlikon Neumag, part of the Swiss Oerlikon Group’s Polymer Processing Solutions Division, will now handle customer services and spare parts for Truetzschler’s carpet yarn (BCF) and industrial yarn (IDY) systems. This transition follows a recent agreement with Truetzschler Group, which is shifting focus to spinning, card clothing and nonwovens.
Oerlikon Neumag, located in Neumuenster, Germany, has extensive experience in the BCF sector, while its sister company, Oerlikon Barmag, specializes in IDY systems. The integration of Truetzschler’s former services into Oerlikon’s portfolio aligns with their comprehensive solutions for the man-made fibre industry, encompassing extrusion, polycondensation, texturized yarn, automation and digital solutions.
