Ravikant Kapur Joins MC Of FIEO; Paresh Mehta Is Western Chairman
Ravikant Kapur has been elected as a member of the Managing Committee (MC) of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), representing the All India 1&2 Star Export House category. Additionally, Team Achievers secured three seats on the committee, with Paresh Mehta being appointed as the Regional Chairman for FIEO’s Western Region.
FIEO, comprising over 30 export promotion councils, government-recognised star export houses, and registered exporters from diverse multi-product categories such as plastics, textiles, engineering and agro-products, plays a pivotal role in enhancing India’s export ecosystem.
The Managing Committee serves as a key interface with government ministries, departments and agencies, including Commerce, Finance, Customs, GST, CBIC, CBDT, Shipping, and Road Transport. It also collaborates with the PMO, External Affairs Ministry and embassies worldwide to address export-related challenges and promote global trade opportunities through exhibitions, buyer-seller meets and policy advocacy.
