Raymond Lifestyle Limited Appoints Kalpana Singh As CMO

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Kalpana Singh as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening the company’s leadership as it continues to expand its presence in India’s fashion and lifestyle market.
In her new role, Singh will lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility and supporting growth across Raymond’s diverse lifestyle and apparel portfolio. The appointment reflects the company’s emphasis on strengthening brand positioning, driving marketing innovation and building deeper connections with modern consumers.
Singh brings extensive global experience in brand building, consumer insights, and digital-first marketing, having spent over a decade with Unilever in various leadership roles across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Most recently, she served as Marketing Director at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she led the turnaround of the Pears portfolio, delivering strong growth and market share gains. Her work included repositioning the brand through the Uncomplicate Skin Care platform, expanding premium product lines, and shifting marketing investments toward digital and creator-led engagement to improve media efficiency.
Earlier, Singh was Personal Care Business Group Director for the Middle East, Turkey and North Africa region at Unilever, where she oversaw strategy, innovation and advertising for brands including Lux, Lifebuoy, Dove, Signal, Close-Up, Rexona and Axe. During her tenure, she helped build a regional marketing organisation and delivered consistent category growth and market share expansion.
Her earlier assignments also included global brand leadership for Lifebuoy, where she launched the “Naturals” platform across multiple emerging markets, and senior consumer and market insights roles for global brands such as Lux and Pond’s.
Singh also briefly pursued entrepreneurship as the owner of a premium home accessories retail store in Mumbai before returning to corporate leadership roles.
With her extensive experience across global markets and digital-first brand building, Singh is expected to play a key role in strengthening Raymond’s marketing capabilities and accelerating the growth of its lifestyle brands.
