Snitch Menswear Doubles Warehouse Space, Targets 20,000 Extra Shipments

Snitch, the prominent direct-to-consumer (D2C) menswear brand, has recently unveiled a substantial expansion plan for its warehouse facility, introducing an additional 50,000 square feet of space. With this expansion, the total warehouse capacity is set to reach an impressive 100,000 square feet. This strategic move is anticipated to bolster Snitch’s operational capabilities, allowing the dispatch of an extra 20,000 shipments within a specified timeframe.

The newly acquired warehouse is strategically located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, aiming to optimize proximity to factories, suppliers, airports and highways. This strategic placement is poised to elevate Snitch’s operational efficiency along the entire supply chain.

Founder Siddharth Dungarwal expressed optimism about the expansion, stating, “The expansion will bring significant improvements in our supply chain and logistics operations. The strategic positioning of multiple locations will greatly enhance our inventory accessibility and distribution, leading to a streamlined last-mile distribution process.”

In addition to the emphasis on increased capacity and strategic locations, Snitch is integrating cutting-edge technology into its new warehouse facilities. This includes the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, performance improvement tools, IoT devices, and the potential introduction of automated systems. These technological advancements are expected to enhance inventory tracking accuracy, optimize the efficiency of picking and packing processes and furnish valuable data analytics for well-informed decision-making.
