Suominen Announces Change In Executive Management Team
Suominen Corporation has announced a change in its Executive Management Team, effective August 1, 2025. Jonni Friman, Executive Vice President of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), will be leaving the company to explore new opportunities outside the organization.
President & CEO Tommi Björnman expressed gratitude for Friman’s contributions, stating, “I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jonni for his exceptional leadership of the Transformation Management Office. As planned, the TMO will now be dissolved, with its responsibilities seamlessly integrated into various functions to maintain our strategic focus and ensure a smooth transition.”
With this development, Suominen’s Executive Management Team from August 1, 2025, will consist of:

- Janne Silonsaari, CFO
- Darryl Fournier, COO
- Markku Koivisto, EVP, EMEA & CTO
- Mark Ushpol, EVP, Americas
- Minna Rouru, Chief People and Communications Officer
