Suryalata Spinning Picks Indo Texnology’s Automatic Cone Packing

Suryalata Spinning Mills has embraced automation with Indo Texnology’s automatic cone packing system, resulting in remarkable improvements in productivity.

The Coimbatore-based Indo Texnology has been able to transform the packing process and enhanced overall efficiency at Suryalata Spinning Mills.

Initially purchasing one system as a trial, the company’s positive experience led to the subsequent acquisition of three more systems.

Impressed by the performance of Indo Texnology’s automatic cone packing system, Suryalata Spinning now has installed a total of five packing systems in all their facilities.

According to KK Sinha, VP of Suryalata Spinning Mills the system has simplified the packing process, significantly improved the quality of packing, and eliminated customer complaints.

“Moreover, the installation of this system has led to substantial cost savings for the company,” sinha observed.

Established in 1983, Suryalata Spinning Mills has two manufacturing units with an installed capacity of 116,976 spindles and produces around 80 metric tons of yarn per day.
