Rimtex Group, a frontrunner in Sliver Can manufacturing, is celebrating 20 years of presence in the Turkish market. Gaurav Parmar, Director of Rimtex Group, spoke exclusive with Textile Insights publication, delving into the company’s journey, the current market landscape and future plans.

“Turkey has welcomed Rimtex as an Indian company, and we have built a large and loyal customer base here,” said Parmar. “The trust and support of our Turkish clients have been pivotal to our success. Looking ahead, we aim to continue our journey in Turkey for many more years.”

Parmar expressed pride in Rimtex’s unique position in Turkey. He added, “We are proud to be one of the few Indian companies that the Turkish textile industry has embraced for 20 years. This unique acceptance highlights the strength of our relationship with our Turkish clients.”

“We have a substantial presence and a strong customer base in Turkey. We hold one of the highest market shares in our product category within the Turkish market,” Parmar explained.

At ITM 2024, Rimtex is showcasing its innovative products, including the Sumo and Sumo Mini sliver can, Duo cans and the Wizcan sliver intelligence system. The company is also displaying its range of castors and wheels from Kalpar, material handling systems and X-axis spinning rings and travelers.

“The response at ITM has been excellent. We have been very busy with customer interactions,” Parmar said. “We showcased our complete product range, and we are glad to have the opportunity to engage with our customers. However, the market in Turkey has been slow since last year, and we expect this situation to persist for some time.”

Rimtex’s strong bond with the Turkish market is setting the stage for continued success and growth.
