Trützschler’s Next-Generation Carding Machine Gains Global Recognition
Trützschler’s next-generation carding machine, the TC 30i, entered the market in January 2024 and has since been impressing yarn manufacturers worldwide. The machine has delivered excellent results during customer tests in Türkiye and other countries, achieving up to 40% higher productivity while reducing energy consumption by up to 18%.
Higher Productivity, Lower Energy Consumption
Mayfil Tekstil, a leading Turkish textile company headquartered in Nilüfer/Bursa, conducted tests with the TC 30i in February 2024. Founded in 2005, Mayfil has rapidly grown by prioritizing customer satisfaction. The company invested in a modern vortex airjet spinning facility in 2022, capable of producing up to 35 tonnes per day. During the tests, the TC 30i produced 140 kg/h of viscose, over 40% higher than the 95 kg/h produced with their current benchmark. Additionally, the new carding machine reduced electricity consumption by 18%. Based on these impressive results, Mayfil is purchasing additional TC 30i cards.
Confirmed Results
Göl Iplik Şeremet Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., located in Inegöl Bursa, operates three factories specializing in blended yarns. With nearly four decades of success driven by investments in modern equipment and innovative products, Göl Iplik tested the TC 30i for man-made fibres in early 2024. During rigorous viscose trials, the TC 30i achieved a 40% higher productivity rate with the same level of quality, while consuming 15% less power. Göl Iplik plans to incorporate the TC 30i into its future investment strategy.
Promising Feedback
Though still a newcomer in the textile industry, the TC 30i is rapidly building a strong reputation.
