At the upcoming ITMA 2023, Germany based Weko and RotaSpray will showcase a wide range of innovative dyeing and finishing technologies which will focus on improving sustainability, productivity, and profitability.
The company will show a new approach to continuous dyeing that uses less water and carbon.
The company will launch a compact Slasher Dyeing range for denim fabrics, which will be promoted during the exhibition.
Another technology is continuous polyester disperse and pigment dyeing process using another newly created technology, Weko-Spray + Weko Dry-E + Weko Fix-E.
The company has also made it possible for a carbon-free drying and fixing with the Weko Dry-E and Weko Fix-E.
Advanced near-infrared (aNIR) light energy, high performance management of NIR energy and controlled moisture extraction are possible through the Weko Dry-E and Weko Fix-E products.
This system can be applied to various dyeing processes and finishing lines and combine it with a minimum rotor spray application system to deliver full potential.
