Wellbi Becomes Zerodha’s Corporate Apparel Partner

Company-wide order of 1,150 T-shirts strengthens Wellbi’s corporate apparel business
Fabric-first apparel brand Wellbi has partnered with Zerodha as its corporate apparel supplier, delivering 1,150 T-shirts for the company’s workforce. The order marks another addition to Wellbi’s expanding portfolio of corporate clients and reinforces its growing presence in the corporate apparel segment.
“A good T-shirt has three basic requirements: it should hold its colour, retain its shape after washing, and fit well. Wellbi T-shirts are highly breathable and feel great,” said Karthik Rangappa, Chief of Education at Zerodha, who was already a Wellbi customer before recommending the brand for the company-wide order.
With clients spanning technology, financial services and hospitality sectors, Wellbi’s corporate roster includes companies such as Meta, Adobe, Cisco, Amazon and JW Marriott. The Mysuru-based brand has built its offering around proprietary bamboo-cotton fabric blends designed to deliver softness, breathability, moisture management and all-day comfort.
Founded in 2021 by Supreeth Kashyap, Wellbi evolved from an interest in rural development and handloom ecosystems into a fabric-focused apparel business. The company’s philosophy centres on creating garments that employees continue to wear beyond corporate events, positioning comfort and product quality ahead of branding.
“For us, trust has always started with the product. A company can give an employee a T-shirt once, but we don’t want that T-shirt to remain in the wardrobe after the event is over. If the employee voluntarily reaches for it again, to work, while travelling, at home or over the weekend, that is when we believe we’ve made a good product,” said Supreeth Kashyap, Founder and CEO, Wellbi.
The company has since expanded its portfolio beyond T-shirts into polos, performance wear, innerwear and women’s wear. In addition to its corporate business, Wellbi sells through its direct-to-consumer platform and online marketplaces, with monthly revenue surpassing Rs 1 crore.
Reflecting growing customer acceptance of the brand’s products, Ganesh Sonawane, Founder and CEO of Frido, said: “This is definitely the most comfortable polo tee I have ever worn. The fabric, GSM and composition optimisation is genius. Wellbi has surpassed my expectations with this launch. Well done, Supreeth Kashyap and team!”
