Premier Synthetics Signs MoU With Sunsky Seals

Premier Synthetics has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sunsky Seals, a private company engaged in manufacturing polycarbonate plastic seals, on July 4, 2025. As part of the agreement, Premier Synthetics will oversee Sunsky Seals’ business operations related to seal manufacturing and is expected to earn a commission income of approximately Rs 55 lakh for FY 2025–26.

Premier Synthetics operates as a cloth processing unit, offering services such as dyeing, printing, and chemical processing of manmade fabrics, along with trading in synthetic and natural fibers including linen, cotton, silk, and satin.
