PDS Reports 14% YoY Revenue Growth In Q1 FY26

PDS Ltd, a global supply chain solutions provider for leading brands and retailers, has reported a 14% year-on-year growth in revenue from operations for Q1 FY26, reaching Rs 2,999 crore. Gross merchandise value rose 19% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 4,634 crore.
However, profitability was impacted by macroeconomic headwinds. EBITDA stood at Rs 51 crore, down 31% QoQ, while PAT declined 36% to Rs 20 crore.
Key Financial Highlights – Q1 FY26 vs Q4 FY25:
- Gross Merchandise Value: Rs 4,634 Cr (↑19%)
- Revenue from Operations: Rs 2,999 Cr (↑14%)
- Gross Profit: Rs 582 Cr (↑7%)
- EBITDA: Rs 51 Cr (↓31%)
- PAT: Rs 20 Cr (↓36%)
Commenting on the results, Pallak Seth, Executive Vice Chairman, said, “Despite near-term pressure on profitability, our asset-light and demand-driven model keeps us resilient. The India-UK FTA is a major milestone for our European operations, while clarity on the US tariffs remains critical.”
