“Customers Want Accuracy And Reliability That Can Be Sustained Over Time”

Automation, accuracy of results and service support are the main priorities for customers and MAG is fully aligned with these expectations, says C. Dhandayuthapani (CD), Managing Director of MAG Solvics Pvt. Ltd.
At ITMA Asia, MAG Solvics is making waves with its latest innovations in fibre testing technology. The company is exhibiting a range of fully automatic, high-value fibre testing equipment, designed to meet international standards of precision and reliability.
“We are showcasing fully automatic high volume fibre testing instrument – HVT Genius 2,” said C. Dhandayuthapani (CD), Managing Director of MAG Solvics Pvt. Ltd. “We have also brought two more products, which have received very good responses from customers.”
Among the highlights is the HVT Genius 2, a fully automatic testing system. “The operator can place samples in three locations, and all kinds of testing parameters are completed automatically,” explained CD. “The results are fully in line with international standards.”
The company’s booth has attracted significant attention since the start of the exhibition. “On day one, we got a very good response, better than we expected,” CD shared. “Usually, the first day is a bit slow, but this time we had strong engagement from customers across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. They appreciated both our product quality and our services.”
Speaking about current industry trends, CD emphasized the growing importance of automation. “Now everybody is focusing towards automation, which is the key to survive in the coming years,” he said. “As MAG, we are equipping ourselves to meet those challenges.”
When asked about customer expectations for fibre testing equipment, he highlighted three key factors: “Automation, accuracy of results and service support. These are the main priorities for customers and MAG is fully aligned with these expectations.”
Sustainability and consistency are also becoming crucial in textile testing. “Customers want accuracy and reliability that can be sustained over time,” state CD, adding, “We are committed to meeting those requirements.”
Looking ahead, CD expressed optimism about the remaining days of the show. “We expect to see more customers from beyond Asia,” he said. “The response has been very encouraging so far and we believe the coming days will be even better.”
