Snitch Revenue Jumps 80% To Rs 900 Cr In FY26

D2C fashion brand Snitch has reported an 80% surge in revenue for FY26, reaching Rs 900 crore compared to Rs 498 crore in the previous fiscal, reflecting strong momentum in India’s fast-growing direct-to-consumer segment. According to unaudited figures shared by founder and CEO Siddharth Dungarwal, the company recorded an EBITDA margin of 2–3%, translating to Rs 18–27 crore, marking a turnaround from a net loss of Rs 1.7 crore in FY25.

The company’s growth has been driven by a balanced omni-channel strategy, with online sales contributing 60% of revenue and offline retail accounting for the remaining 40%. Snitch currently operates 115 stores across India, with its brick-and-mortar business witnessing a 75% year-on-year growth, particularly as it expands its footprint in East India.

However, the brand has temporarily paused its international retail expansion plans in West Asia due to ongoing geopolitical tensions involving the US, Israel, and Iran, underlining the complexities of scaling globally amid uncertain external conditions.

Looking ahead, Snitch is targeting revenue of Rs 1,400 crore by FY27, supported by its push into quick commerce and category diversification. Its quick delivery service, Snitch Quick launched in October 2025, promises apparel delivery within 60 minutes and is currently operational in cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram and Ahmedabad. The service contributes around 10% of online revenue, with plans to expand into Hyderabad and Mumbai.

In parallel, the company is expanding beyond core apparel into lifestyle segments including perfumes, footwear and accessories, as it aims to evolve into a broader lifestyle brand. The company’s growth strategy highlights the increasing importance of omni-channel retail, rapid fulfilment models and product diversification in driving scale and profitability in the competitive D2C landscape.
